<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City council - June 8, 1992. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and <br />V. Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A-1 Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES <br />the regular meeting of May 26, 1992 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that a proclamation PROCLAMATION <br />proclaiming July as Parks and Recreation month in the <br />City of Roseville be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, <br />Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent <br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6, be approved. Roll <br />Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT <br />Call, AGENDA <br />V. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that George Pudelko's <br />request for a minor variance at 715 Heinel Drive, for <br />a driveway to be reconstructed at a 32 foot width <br />instead of the required 26 feet and to maintain the <br />existing 41 foot side setback, be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and <br />V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Robert and <br />Catherine Renner's request for minor variance at 2115 <br />N. Rosewood Lane, to construct a house with a 5 foot <br />side yard setback on the west side of the lot instead <br />of the required 10 foot setback and a 10 foot side <br />yard setback on the east side, be approved. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Thomas, cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the Ryan Twin <br />Lakes registered land survey that creates Tract C, <br />which is 130 x 150, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. Thomas Sauro request for 1 foot variance at 780 <br />Heinel Drive. <br />
