<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - June 22, 1992. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and <br />V. Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A-I Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES <br />the regular meeting of June 8, 1992 be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and <br />V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the minutes of <br />the special meeting of June 16, 1992 be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, and Maschka. Nays: None. <br />Abstain: P. Johnson and V. Johnson because they were <br />not present at the meeting. <br /> <br />The Fire Department was recognized for the accomplishment of ISO RATING <br />achieving the ISO Town Class Three rating for the City of <br />Roseville. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />B-3 <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent <br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-I0, be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson and <br />V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Robert Selden's <br />request for variances at 3063 Farrington Court, to add <br />a 12 x 12 addition onto an existing garage for storage <br />purposes with a 4.1 foot front yard setback variance, <br />.7 foot side yard variance, 4 foot rear yard variance <br />and 5 foot driveway setback variance, be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Mayor and <br />City Manager be authorized to sign an easement which <br />grants Concordia Academy the easement rights for a <br />utility main through Concordia Park. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following <br />blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with <br />the City's policy to issue blanket minor variances for <br />driveway side yard setbacks: <br /> <br />1.
