McCarrons Boulevard be approved with the following conditions: J. J-l 1. That the driveways for Lots 2 and 3 be built off the side streets (Irene and Western) and not off McCarrons Boulevard. 2. That Lots 3 and 4 be combined into one tax parcel. 3. That the City approve grading plans for the devel- opment of the new lots. 4. That as many trees as possible be saved on the site. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cushman, Maschka, P. John- son, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the public hear- ing for Matthias Schlosser's request for final plat at 391 N. McCarrons Boulevard be established for July 27, 1992. OTHER BUSINESS Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that the Council reconsider Resolution 8776, ordering Projects P-92-02, Neighborhood 72, and ST-92-12, adopted at the February 25, 1992 Council meeting regarding the teardropped cul-de-sac on Wagner Street for east and west cul-de- sacs and Western Avenue, McCarrons Boulevard S. to teardropped cul-de-sac. Roll Call, Ayes: Thomas, Cush- man, Maschka, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. P. Johnson moved, V. Johnson seconded, that a Special Council meeting be established for Monday, July 20, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of a public hearing to re- consider the construction of the Wagner Street and Western Avenue cul-de-sacs.
