Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and <br />V. Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />C. <br />C-l <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />K. <br />K-l <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the civic Center <br />site, west of the existing Ice Arena, be approved as <br />the location for the proposed Speed skating and Multi- <br />purpose Sports Facility. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, <br />P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />SITE LOCATION <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the State of <br />Minnesota Grant of $1.9 million for the Speed skating <br />and Multipurpose Sports Facility be formally received, <br />and authorizing the expenditure of $1 million by the <br />City to construct support facilities and site improve- <br />ments. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, <br />Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />STATE OF <br />MINNESOTA <br />GRANT <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the meeting be <br />adjourned at 10:30 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. <br />Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V.
