<br />The city Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and
<br />v. Johnson. Members absent: None.

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of June 22, 1992 be amended as
<br />follows regarding Item J-l, Wagner street and Western
<br />Avenue, with the changes underlined:
<br />
<br />"Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the
<br />Council reconsider Resolution 8776, ordering
<br />Projects P-92-02, Neighborhood 72, and ST-
<br />92-12, adopted at the February 25, 1992
<br />Council meeting regarding the teardropped
<br />cul-de-sac on Wagner street for east and
<br />west cul-de-sacs and Western Avenue,
<br />McCarrons Boulevard S. to teardropped cul-
<br />de-sac. Roll Call. Aves: Cushman. Maschka.
<br />P. Johnson. and V. Johnson. Nays: Thomas."

<br />the special meeting of July 1, 1992 be approved.

<br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that the Consent

<br />Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that Carl and Rose
<br />Anne Reule's request for minor variance at 343 w.
<br />Burke Avenue, to remodel and expand their existing
<br />dwelling to add a two car attached garage to match the
<br />existing setback of the house from Hand Avenue which
<br />is 19 feet instead of the required 30 feet, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
