CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular meeting of the city Council - July 27, 1992. 7:30 P.M. The City council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL members present: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Members absent: None. A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A-1 Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the minutes MINUTES of the regular meeting of July 13, 1992 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. B. CONSENT AGENDA Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent CONSENT Agenda, Items B-1 through B-8, be approved. Roll AGENDA Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. B-1 B-2 B-3 Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Earnest Money Contracts be approved for the following easements, receiving the signed easements and directing staff to record said easements at Ramsey County: EARNEST MONEY CONTRACTS Name and Address Easement No. Amount Marie and Jerome Nelson 950 Shryer Avenue $5,210.00 14-24-15 Jeff and Nerissa Mullin 970 Shryer Avenue $ 670.00 14-24-13 Daniel and Robin Lindorfer 2050 Chatsworth street $1,507.00 14-24-08 Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Gordon Fenner's request for a minor variance at 349 S. Owasso Boule- vard, to remove a storm damaged garage and adjacent storage building and replace it with a new 26x26 foot garage at the same location, setback 5.2 feet from the front property line and 4 feet from the side property line, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. GORDON FENNER Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the following blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with the city's policy to issue blanket minor variances for driveway side yard setbacks: BLANKET MINOR VARIANCES 1. John Carlson request for 3 foot variance at 2986 Old Highway 8.
