<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that consideration of
<br />the vacation of Fernwood Avenue, between Woodhill
<br />Drive and County Road C, be continued to the City
<br />Council work session of September 21, 1992. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that William Sievers
<br />request for Special Use Permit, site plan approval,
<br />and variances at 1526 W. County Road B be continued to
<br />the regular City Council meeting of September 28, 1992.
<br />Roll call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, P. Johnson,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />C-3 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that strick Lease STRICK
<br />request for an Interim Use Permit at 2481 N. Cleveland LEASE

<br />man, Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />final plat approval at 391 N. McCarrons Boulevard be
<br />denied. Motion died for lack of a second.

<br />C-5 Thomas moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Concordia CONCORDIA
<br />Academy's request for an amendment to the approved PUD ACADEMY
<br />Plan for a new ground entrance sign at 2400 N. Dale
<br />street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Thomas, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />D. ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />D-l Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that Resolution 8824, RESOLUTION
<br />appointing Election Judges and Alternate Judges for 8824
<br />Primary Election to be held on September 15, 1992 and
<br />the General Election to be held on November 3, 1992
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />F. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />F-l Maschka moved, Thomas seconded, that the City be C. CHASE
<br />authorized to submit a proposal to the C. Chase Com- COMPANY
<br />pany and enter into appropriate purchase agreements if
<br />necessary. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Thomas,
