<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of August 24, 1992 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1, and B-3 through B-9 be approved.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Teresa Law's
<br />request for a 4.5 foot minor variance at 470 W.
<br />Grandview Avenue, to construct a fence on the
<br />Cohansey street side of her property, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />This item was deferred to G-1, Items Removed from
<br />Consent Agenda.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the following
<br />minor variance be approved in accordance with the
<br />City's policy to issue blanket minor variances for
<br />driveway side yard setbacks:
<br />
<br />1. Marcheta Ross request for 4 foot variance at
<br />950 Transit.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the premises
<br />permit applications of RAYHA and NSYA submitted on
<br />September 18, 1991 and January 29, 1992 respectively,
<br />be disapproved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Ethics Com-
<br />mission recommendation to dismiss the complaint of
<br />Mr. Richard Houck dated August 22, 1992, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
