<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />special meeting of the city council - September 21, 1992. 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />The city Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and <br />V. Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />C. <br />C-1 <br /> <br />BEARINGS <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution <br />8835, for the vacation of a portion of Fernwood <br />street be adopted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the MWCC approves the design of the Oval as <br />it impacts the sanitary sewer line and that the <br />City should meet any conditions that the MWCC puts <br />on their approval. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />8835 <br /> <br />2. That the traffic impacts of any future develop- <br />ments in the civic Center campus area be reviewed <br />by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />3. That the City Council actively pursue the con- <br />struction of the traffic signal at Lexington and <br />Woodhill Drive, and that a contingency plan be in <br />place if construction of the signal is delayed <br />past 1994. <br /> <br />4. That the City Council address neighborhood parking <br />concerns and implement a parking management plan. <br /> <br />5. That the city Council investigate the possibility <br />of installing traffic control at Hamline and Wood- <br />hill Drive. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, <br />Thomas, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />K. ADJOURNMENT <br />K-1 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the meeting be ADJOURNMENT <br />adjourned at 8:10 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson.
