<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes
<br />of the regular meeting of September 14, 1992, be

<br />connection to service Schroeder Milk and Amusement
<br />City on Rice Street, south of County Road B in the
<br />City of Maplewood, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8836,
<br />receiving the petition and ordering the project desig-
<br />nated as M-92-28, construction of alley in Rolling
<br />Green lying easterly of Western Avenue, be adopted.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8837,
<br />ordering the preparation of a final feasibility report
<br />for City Project ST-92-27, Wewers Road/Rice Street
<br />drainage improvements, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, and V. Johnson.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8838,
<br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested
<br />division of property by Ramsey County: Division Nos.
