<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />september 28, 1992 <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that William <br />Sievers request for a Special Use Permit for an auto- <br />mobile service use, site plan approval, and setback <br />variances at 1526 W. County Road B be continued to the <br />regular City council meeting of December 14, 1992. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-3 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, V. Johnson seconded, that Bruce Ander- <br />son's request for vacation of a portion of Aldine <br />Street and preliminary plat approval at 1694, 1700, <br />and 1708 Oakcrest Avenue be referred to the City <br />Council work session of October 19, 1992 and continued <br />to the regular City council meeting of October 26, <br />1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Maschka, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: P. Johnson and Thomas. <br /> <br />C-4 <br /> <br />Thomas moved, Maschka seconded, that Virginia <br />Tschida's request for a lot division at 350 S. Owasso <br />Boulevard be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the owners grant the city a 10 foot wide <br />visual access easement along the inside curve of <br />the Western Avenue frontage. The easement would <br />prohibit any significant obstruction to visi- <br />bility from the ground to 8 feet off the ground <br />within a 10 foot setback from the right-of-way <br />line. If any access to the property is built off <br />Western Avenue, the property owners will be <br />required to maintain the easement free from such <br />obstructions. <br /> <br />2. That grading plans be submitted for review and <br />approval by staff for any new building permits <br />that are requested on either lot. <br /> <br />3. That the legal descriptions of the parcels be <br />modified as approved by City staff. <br /> <br />4. That a driveway turnaround be provided on any new <br />lot if it is developed. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-5 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the proposed <br />amendments to the City's sign ordinance be approved <br />with the following changes and the City Attorney be <br />directed to put them in proper form for future Council <br />action: <br /> <br />1.
