<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of september 28, 1992 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that John Peterson's
<br />request for a minor variance at 2945 North Albert
<br />street, to construct a 7x7 foot addition onto his
<br />existing dwelling to enclose the entry area on the
<br />north side of the dwelling, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Thomas Trie-
<br />mart's request for a minor variance at 711 Lovell
<br />Avenue, to expand a portion of his existing driveway
<br />with a 0 foot side yard setback, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Thomas, Cushman,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 8852,
<br />for apportionment of assessments on the requested
<br />division of property by Ramsey County: Division No.
<br />DH063921, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P.
<br />Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following
<br />Earnest Money Contracts be approved and received, and
<br />staff be directed to record said easements at Ramsey
<br />County:
