<br />work session be established for Tuesday, October 20,
<br />beginning at 3:30 p.m. at the Fairview Community
<br />Center, 1910 West County Road B, for the purpose of
<br />orientation for vista 2000 Study Groups. Roll Call,

<br />Council work session be established for Wednesday,
<br />October 21, at 7;00 p.m., at Roseville City Hall for
<br />the purpose of meeting with Roseville Area School
<br />District ISD NO. 623. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P.
<br />Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Thomas seconded, that the Roseville
<br />Firefighters Relief Association request to increase
<br />pension benefits be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of November 9, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that George Wintz'
<br />request for extension of variance previously granted
<br />for parking setback at 2500 Walnut Street be approved
<br />until July 1, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P.
<br />Johnson, Thomas, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that sign variance
<br />applications relating to the sections of the ordinance
<br />which have been approved by the City, and keeping the
<br />moratorium in effect for those sections which are
<br />still being studied (electronic message signs, auto
<br />dealership, church signs, political signs, temporary
<br />signs and seasonal banners), be approved. Roll Call,
