<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes
<br />of the regular meeting of October 26, 1992 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, and
<br />Maschka. Nays: None. V. Johnson abstained because
<br />he was not present at the meeting.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8861, in appreciation to Sam Rockwood, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-2 through B-9, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that the Fire Relief
<br />Association pension increase and investment policies
<br />proposal be continued to the regular city Council
<br />meeting of November 23, 1992. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Fred and Theresa
<br />Habermel's request for minor variance at 226 Minnesota
<br />to remove a garage and breezeway and replace it with a
<br />22' x 30' detached garage with a six foot setback from
<br />Marion Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. John-
<br />son, Cushman, Thomas, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Harold Dworshak's
<br />request for a 5 foot variance at 201 McCarron's Street
<br />be approved in accordance with the city's policy for
<br />blanket minor variances for driveway side yard set-
<br />backs. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Thomas moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8862,
<br />receiving a petition and ordering preparation of a
<br />feasibility report for street lighting on Nancy Place
<br />between Sandhurst Drive and Sherren street, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Thomas,
<br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
