Members absent: Goedeke. <br /> <br />6:35 P.K. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />D. <br />D-1 <br /> <br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the original <br />master design contract with BRW as the prime <br />consultant for the John Rose Minnesota Oval be <br />terminated to allow for a redefinition of design <br />services based on current needs and proposed <br />programs. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CONTRACTS FOR <br />OVAL <br /> <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Engineering <br />and Architectural Service Agreements between the city <br />of Roseville and Bonestroo, Rosene, and Anderlik (BRA) <br />for design services for the John Rose Minnesota Oval <br />ice system and support building be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />K. ADJOURNMENT <br />K-1 Cushman moved, P.
