Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that a proclama- <br />tion proclaiming the week of March 7-14, 1993 as <br />Volunteers of America Week in Roseville be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and Maschka. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and <br />City Manager be authorized to sign an agreement with <br />Ramsey County for a SCORE funding recycling grant in <br />the amount of $68,597 for 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, and Maschka. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the bid for <br />waste removal from City of Roseville public facilities <br />for the period April 1, 1993 through December 31, 1994 <br />be awarded to Waste Management Blaine in the low bid <br />amount of $1,195.61 per month and $5.39 per cubic <br />yard, as provided in specifications dated December 28, <br />1992. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, and <br />Maschka.
