Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Mayor and <br />City Manager be authorized to sign an agreement with <br />Ramsey County for a SCORE funding recycling grant in <br />the amount of $68,597 for 1993. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the bid for <br />waste removal from City of Roseville public facilities <br />for the period April 1, 1993 through December 31, 1994 <br />be awarded to Waste Management Blaine in the low bid <br />amount of $1,195.61 per month and $5.39 per cubic <br />yard, as provided in specifications dated December 28, <br />1992.
