<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8922, increasing salary ranges for Management/Adminis-
<br />trative positions by 3 percent and providing for a
<br />monthly insurance contribution of up to $290, and
<br />payment of 100 percent of the Long-term Disability
<br />Insurance premium, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the 1993
<br />Maintenance Workers' Contract settlement be approved
<br />and authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract
<br />incorporating the settlement terms. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the proposed
<br />contract between the University of Minnesota and the
<br />City of Roseville for the Canada goose management
<br />program be approved, and authorizing the City Manager
<br />to sign the contract on behalf of the City. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution
<br />8923, authorizing the City of Roseville to join
<br />Glacier Park Company in its petition to the Ramsey
<br />County Auditor for abatement of taxes, be adopted.

<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution
<br />8924, amending the assessment roll for st. Rose of
<br />Lima, City Projects P-89-16, P-91-03, and P-91-02-57,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: Cushman.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution
<br />8925, receiving the feasibility report for public
<br />improvements to Lincoln Drive from County Road C-2
<br />to Lydia Avenue, Lincoln Drive from Terrace Drive to
<br />County Road C-2, and County Road C-2 from Lincoln
<br />Drive to Snelling Avenue, City project P-ST-SS-W-93-
<br />10, be adopted and scheduling a public improvement
<br />hearing for the regular City Council meeting of May
<br />10, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that plans for the
<br />construction of Ramsey County's traffic signal inter-
<br />connection project along County Road C, between east
<br />Snelling Avenue Frontage Road and Lincoln Drive, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
