<br />business license to the regular city Council work

<br />city Council and Roseville Area School District 623
<br />School Board hold a joint work session on Tuesday,
<br />April 20, 1993, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Rose-
<br />ville City Hall, in the Council Chambers, for the
<br />purpose of discussing concept development plans for
<br />the 72 acre Dale and Owasso site. Roll Call, Ayes:
