<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - April 26, 1993. 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and <br />V. Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />A. <br />A-I <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the minutes of <br />the regular meeting of April 12, 1993 be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, <br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />Several Roseville athletes (list attached) were presented to the City <br />Council and given certificates of Award from the City. <br /> <br />The Roseville Fire Department was presented a "1992 Minnesota Fire <br />Department Community Service Award" by the F.I.R.E. Center of the Minnesota <br />Technical College System. <br /> <br />The Minnesota Shade Tree Advisory Committee presented a Special Merit Award <br />to the City of Roseville in recognition of establishment of the Roseville <br />"Roundup for the Environment" program. <br /> <br />B. CONSENT AGENDA <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent CONSENT <br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-5 be approved. Roll Call, AGENDA <br />Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8927, RESOLUTION <br />in appreciation to Milt Bahnemann upon his retirement 8927 <br />from the City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that a proclamation, PROCLAMATION <br />proclaiming Saturday, May 1, 1993 as Arbor Day in the <br />City of Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Maschka, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Cushman, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-3 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the following BLANKET MINOR <br />blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with VARIANCES <br />the City's policy for blanket minor variances for <br />driveway side yard setbacks: <br /> <br />Melvin Sauve request for 3 foot variance at 1885 <br />Dellwood Street. <br /> <br />Dorothy Harmon request for 5 foot variance at 1301 <br />Garden Avenue. <br /> <br />Elizabeth Benson request for 2.3 foot variance at <br />1319 Garden Avenue. <br />
