<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of April 26, 1993 be approved.

<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-9 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Roseville
<br />Community Band request for a Temporary Nonintoxicating
<br />Beer License to sell 3.2 beer at the July 4th celebra-
<br />tion in Roseville Central Park be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Minnesota
<br />Waldorf School's application for Temporary On Sale
<br />Liquor License for a fund raising event at 2129
<br />Fairview Avenue held on May 8" 1993, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Jesse Brown's
<br />request for a minor variance of 22 feet from the
<br />setback requirements from street right-of-ways to
<br />allow his driveway to remain in its current location
<br />at 1835 Lexington Avenue, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Endura Con-
<br />struction specialties request for a minor variance to
<br />add a 24' x 22' addition to an existing garage in the
<br />front yard at 455 S. Owasso Boulevard, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that William
<br />McMahon's request for a minor variance of 2 feet to
<br />reconstruct an existing garage to remove siding
<br />covered with lead based paint and expand the size of
<br />the garage at 2245 N. Dale Street, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
