<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that College
<br />Properties, Inc. request for rezoning from B-3, B-2,
<br />and R-1 to PUD, approval of a Planned Unit Development
<br />General Concept Plan, approval of street vacation,
<br />approval of a preliminary plat, and authorization to
<br />negotiate a Development Agreement for the former
<br />Paul's Place property, Russell Court subdivision, and
<br />the Simpson Auto site at Snelling Avenue and Lydia
<br />Avenue be reconsidered by the Council. Roll Call,
