<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that C. S. McCrossan
<br />Construction, Inc.'s request to conduct construction
<br />operations starting at 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays during
<br />the 1993 construction season for the Cleveland Avenue
<br />project be approved, subject to the condition that if
<br />complaints are received from neighbors, the variance
<br />may be canceled. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the final
<br />Consulting Engineer selection process be approved,
<br />authorizing the execution of Consulting Engineer
<br />service agreements with eight selected firms for a
<br />period of three years beginning June 15, 1993, and
<br />approving the amendment to the Consulting Engineer
<br />Selection Policy. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8946,
<br />awarding the bid for Project 92-21, water booster
<br />station bypass piping and pump improvements, to North-
<br />west Mechanical in the bid amount of $144,300, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8947, awarding the bid for the Mechanical Support
<br />Building for the John Rose Minesota Oval, City Project
<br />92-23, to Shingobee Builders of Loretto, Minnesota, in
<br />the base bid amount of $371,000 with Alternate 1 for a
<br />total bid of $397,250, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8948, awarding bids for the John Rose Minnesota Oval
<br />Lobby Building addition to Arkay Construction in the
<br />low base bid amount of $475,000 with no alternates
<br />considered, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Earnest Money
<br />Contracts be received for the following signed ease-
<br />ments and directing staff to record said easements at
