<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8949, denying Computer City/Beechwood Acquisitions
<br />request for Special Use Permit for site plan approval
<br />and variance at Snelling Avenue and County Road B-2,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka,
<br />Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8950, denying Boyer Ford Trucks request for a Special
<br />Use Permit at 1975 Oakcrest Avenue, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, and P. Johnson.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution
<br />8951, ordering the preparation of a feasibility report
<br />for improvements to Lady Slipper Park in the south bay
<br />of Lake Owasso, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8952, extending Municipal State Aid designation for
<br />Route Number 247 to Lincoln Drive from County Road C-2
<br />to Lydia Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8953,
<br />a corrective resolution recommending vacation of a
<br />portion of the west Snelling Avenue Frontage Road, be
<br />adopted. Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.
