<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes
<br />of the regular meeting of June 14, 1993 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P.
<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-7 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Thomas Tierney's
<br />request for a 4 foot side yard variance to have a two
<br />car wide driveway at 1874 Dellwood Avenue be approved.

<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Asphalt Driveway
<br />Co./Michael Parenteau's request for a 3 foot variance
<br />to install a new 8 foot wide expansion to his driveway
<br />at 2865 Churchill street N. be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8954,
<br />receiving a feasibility report on City Project P-SS-W-
<br />ST-93-15, be adopted and scheduling a public hearing
<br />for July 26, 1993, for public improvements to Arthur
<br />street north of County Road C. Roll call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the following
<br />blanket minor variance be approved in accordance with
<br />the City's policy for blanket minor variances for
<br />driveway side yard setbacks:
<br />
<br />1. Keith Kowalzyk request for a 1 foot variance
<br />at 887 Parker Avenue.
<br />
