<br />Roseville city council Minutes <br />June 29, 1993 <br /> <br />2. That driveway openings on Lexington Avenue meet <br />County standards necessary for a permit. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-6 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Target stores/ <br />Craig Rothfolk's request for a Special Use Permit for <br />outside sales at 1515 W. County Road B be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the outside sales area will not alter or <br />affect the site's traffic circulation plan or <br />create a safety problem. <br /> <br />2. That pedestrian movement on the site and access to <br />the facility will not be hampered by the outside <br />sales area. <br /> <br />3. That proper landscape screening be planted and <br />maintained to screen the loading docks. <br /> <br />4. That the size of the crates used for outside sale <br />be limited to no more than four at one time and be <br />no larger than 4 feet by 4 feet in size. <br /> <br />5. That there be no 24 hour parking of trucks in the <br />loading dock area, no trailer storage on the <br />premises, no more than two trucks parked over- <br />night, and a third truck not parked in the lot <br />during daylight hours while waiting to unload. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Cushman, P. <br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-7 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that to accom- <br />modate the interests of Roseville Lutheran Church, a <br />committee be formed to review the proposed exchange of <br />property submitted by Roseville Lutheran Church, <br />consisting of a representative of City Council (Dean <br />Maschka), the Church, City Staff, and a neighborhood <br />representative, and report back to the City Council <br />prior to a special meeting of the Council to be held <br />before July 5, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the proposed <br />property exchange proposal submitted by Roseville <br />Lutheran Church be continued to a Special City Council <br />meeting to be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 2, at <br />the Roseville city Hall. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Maschka, Cushman, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
