<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-I Maschka moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the minutes MINUTES
<br />of the regular meeting of June 29, 1993, be approved.

<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />of the special meeting of July 2, 1993, be approved.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6 be approved. Roll Call,

<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Gordon Thole's
<br />request for a 5 foot side yard variance to build a
<br />12 foot wide by 24 foot deep addition onto his
<br />existing garage at 911 Transit Avenue be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that Vernon Hanson's
<br />request for a 2-1/2 foot side yard variance to widen
<br />his driveway by 5-1/2 feet, for a two car driveway,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that the following
<br />blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with
<br />the City's policy for blanket minor variances for
<br />driveway side yard setbacks:

<br />1. Thomas Zeimet request for 2.5 foot variance at 935
<br />Parker Avenue.
<br />
<br />2. Jeanette Sederberg request for 2 foot variance at
<br />1039 Parker Avenue.
<br />
<br />3. John vitek request for 4 foot variance at 1930
<br />Arona street.
<br />
<br />4. Vaithianathan Sivanandan request for 4 foot
<br />variance at 1384 Shryer Avenue.
