Roseville City Council Minutes July 26, 1993 D. D-1 F. F-1 F-2 ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that a Special City Council Work Session be established for Wednes- day, July 28, 1993, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Roseville city Hall, for the purpose of a joint meeting with the Planning commission. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Rosedale Amoco's request for a 13 foot front yard setback variance for the proposed motor fuel pump island canopy at 2441 N. Fairview be approved subject to dedication of the appropriate right-of-way on the site. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution 8961, establishing a commitment by the City to adopt and administer amendments to the City's land use controls and storm water plan to address the Metropolitan Council's interim strategy to reduce nonpoint pollution to all metropolitan bodies, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Page 6 SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION ROSEDALE AMOCO RESOLUTION 8961 H. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS H-1 P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION 8962, authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to sign 8962 a Deed of Conveyance and other documents necessary for the transfer of a portion of Bruce Russell Park and as necessary to acquire the Lexington site, be adopted.
