<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of July 26, 1993, be approved.

<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-9, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Craig Johnson's
<br />request for a 2 foot minor variance to install a new
<br />5 foot 6 inch wide expansion to his driveway, to
<br />provide an additional parking stall and vehicle
<br />maneuvering on the property at 23 Mid Oaks Lane be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Linda Luna's
<br />request for a 2 foot 2 inch minor variance for an
<br />addition onto an existing garage to allow a two car
<br />garage at 1259 Oakcrest Avenue be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Maschka, Cushman, Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />site lawful gambling permit to conduct a raffle at the

<br />N. Lexington Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
