<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes
<br />of the regular meeting of August 23, 1993 be approved.

<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-7 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Daniel Morton's
<br />request for an 8 foot minor variance to add a 24 x 24
<br />foot attached garage to the front of their house at
<br />422 Crescent Lane, allowing them to remodel their
<br />existing single car garage into a bedroom suite, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Charles and
<br />Marilyn Mick's request for a 2 foot minor variance to
<br />add living space and a double garage to their house at
<br />2202 st. Croix Street, by replacing their attached
<br />breezeway and single car garage with a two story addi-
<br />tion, having a double garage and family room on the
<br />first level and bedrooms and a bathroom on the second
<br />level, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that a public hearing
<br />for The Nanking Restaurant, Inc. (currently the Chop
<br />stick Inn) Application for On Sale and Special Sunday
<br />Liquor Licenses at 1744 N. Lexington Avenue be
<br />established for the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, September 27, 1993. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the proposal of
<br />F. M. Frattalone Company for the demolition and
<br />removal of the house and two car garage at 266 County
<br />Road C, in the amount of $5,300 to be funded from the
<br />Contingency Account, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.
