<br />Goedeke moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8977,
<br />reciting a proposal for a financing program for a
<br />mUlti-family rental housing development project,
<br />giving preliminary approval to the project and
<br />issuance of Housing Facilities Revenue Bonds, pursuant
<br />to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 462C and approving a
<br />housing program (College Properties, Inc. project), be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />hearing on Projects P-90-02-19 and ST-90-11, Heinel
<br />Drive and Heinel Circle pavement, and Heinel Drive and
<br />Heinel Circle storm sewer, be continued to the regular
<br />city Council meeting of Monday, September 27, 1993.

<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
