<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the minutes
<br />of the regular meeting of September 13, 1993, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman,

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6 be approved. Roll Call,

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that a proclamation
<br />proclaiming October 18 - October 22, 1993, as
<br />"Recycling Awareness Week" be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Telephone
<br />pioneers organization's request for an Exemption from
<br />Lawful Gambling License to conduct a raffle on
<br />November 18, 1993, at 1223 Rose Place be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8979,
<br />prohibiting parking on both sides of Lincoln Drive
<br />from County Road C-2 to Lydia Avenue, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Cushman moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 8980,
<br />accepting work completed under 1992 Contract Band
<br />authorizing final payment in the amount of $38,575.91
<br />to T. A. Schifsky and Sons, Inc. of North st. Paul,
<br />Minnesota, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Cushman, Maschka, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.
