<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and
<br />V. Johnson. Members absent: None.

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-1 Goedeke moved, Cushman seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of September 27, 1993 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson, Goedeke,
<br />Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Irene Bussjaeger was presented with a "1993 Roseville Recycler of the
<br />Year" plaque.

<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-8, B-IO and B-ll be

<br />proclaiming the month of October, 1993, as "Share Your
<br />Chair" Month in the City of Roseville be adopted.

<br />for the vacation of a portion of Snelling Avenue 8996
<br />Frontage Road and Russell Court and various utility
<br />easements, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka,
<br />P. Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />B-4 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8997, RESOLUTION
<br />authorizing the issuance of Elder Care Facility 8997
<br />Revenue Bonds, Series 1993, to finance a project and
<br />authorizing the execution of various documents in
<br />connection therewith (Care Institute, Inc. project) be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P. Johnson,
<br />Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />B-5 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 8998, RESOLUTION
<br />authorizing the issuance of Housing Facilities Revenue 8998
<br />Bonds, Series 1993, to finance a project and
<br />authorizing the execution of various documents in
<br />connection therewith (College Properties, Inc.
<br />project), be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, P.
<br />Johnson, Goedeke, Cushman, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.
