Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Aladdin's <br />Castle Family Entertainment Center application for a <br />game room license and 105 amusement device licenses at <br />330 Rosedale Center be approved subject to the <br />provisions of the Special Use Permit. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, Maschka, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-7 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Udi Perera <br />(Minneapple International Montessory) request for <br />Special Use Permit at 1875 W. Perimeter Drive be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the landscape plan and equipment in front <br />of the building be approved by City staff. <br /> <br />2. That the landscape plan is to provide shade for <br />the outdoor play area, screening for the fencing <br />along Perimeter Drive, brown vinyl coated fencing, <br />and parking lot repair. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-8 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that David Rustad's <br />request for variance to the provisions of the Shore <br />Land Management Ordinance at 329 South Owasso <br />Boulevard be approved, due to unique health concerns <br />with this parcel, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the lakeside foundation be no closer to the <br />lake, and that the size and location of the deck <br />be no larger than the previous deck. <br /> <br />2. That the private road not be accepted for public <br />maintenance. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes; P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, <br />Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-g <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ryan <br />Construction's request for rezoning from I-I and B-3 <br />to B-4 and a preliminary and final plat to be known as <br />Twin Lakes Center be approved subject to the <br />possibility of ponding construction, prior to building <br />construction, being reviewed by the City Engineering <br />staff. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Abstain: Maschka. <br /> <br />C-10 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution <br />9012, denying the Boyer Ford Truck request for a <br />special Use Permit at 1975 Oakcrest Avenue, be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, <br />and Goedeke. Nays: Maschka and V.
