Roseville City council Minutes November 22, 1993 C-6 P. Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that Aladdin's Castle Family Entertainment Center application for a game room license and 105 amusement device licenses at 330 Rosedale Center be approved subject to the provisions of the Special Use Permit. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. C-7 Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that Udi Perera (Minneapple International Montessory) request for Special Use Permit at 1875 W. Perimeter Drive be approved with the following conditions: 1. That the landscape plan and equipment in front of the building be approved by City staff. 2. That the landscape plan is to provide shade for the outdoor play area, screening for the fencing along Perimeter Drive, brown vinyl coated fencing, and parking lot repair. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. C-8 Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that David Rustad's request for variance to the provisions of the Shore Land Management Ordinance at 329 South Owasso Boulevard be approved, due to unique health concerns with this parcel, with the following conditions: 1. That the lakeside foundation be no closer to the lake, and that the size and location of the deck be no larger than the previous deck. 2. That the private road not be accepted for public maintenance. Roll Call, Ayes; P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, Maschka, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. C-g P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ryan Construction's request for rezoning from I-I and B-3 to B-4 and a preliminary and final plat to be known as Twin Lakes Center be approved subject to the possibility of ponding construction, prior to building construction, being reviewed by the City Engineering staff. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Cushman, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Abstain: Maschka. C-10 P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 9012, denying the Boyer Ford Truck request for a special Use Permit at 1975 Oakcrest Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
