HEARINGS <br />C-l The first public hearing on the Proposed 1994 Tax Levy PROPOSED 1994 <br />was held and comments heard. TAX LEVY <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that any action <br />on the Proposed 1994 Tax Levy be continued to the <br />second hearing of the Proposed 1994 Tax Levy scheduled <br />for the special City Council meeting of Thursday, <br />December 16, 1993, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Goedeke, P.
