<br />Cushman moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />9016A, Robert Levine/Palisades Limited Partnership
<br />request for approval of vacation of right-of-way and
<br />drainage and utility easements at 535, 550, 565, and
<br />570 Sandhurst Drive be adopted, subject to the
<br />project's owners entering into an agreement whereby
<br />the owner agrees to pay any additional cost of excava-
<br />tion caused by the granting of a vacation of a portion
<br />of the sanitary sewer easement, and authorizing the
<br />Mayor to sign this agreement. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that CSM
<br />corporation's request for Planned unit Development
<br />(PUD) concept Plan approval and preliminary plat
<br />located south of County Road C, west of the Minnesota
<br />Transfer Railway right-of-way and north of the
<br />Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way commonly
<br />known as the Ettinger property, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1130,
<br />rezoning the CSM Corporation site located south of
<br />County Road C, west of the Minnesota Transfer Railway
<br />right-of-way and north of the Burlington Northern
<br />Railroad right-of-way commonly known as the Ettinger
<br />property, from I-2 to PUD, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />D-l Cushman moved, Maschka seconded, that consideration of ADMINISTRATIVE
<br />a proposed ordinance and resolution regarding OFFENSE
<br />Administrative Offenses be continued to the regular ORDINANCE
<br />city Council meeting of Monday, January 10, 1994, and
<br />further, that notice of the proposed ordinance
<br />consideration be published in the legal newspaper.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the North
<br />Suburban Senior council, Inc., request of a $12,000
<br />contribution from the City of Roseville for the
<br />Blockworker Outreach Program be continued to the
<br />special city Council meeting of December 16, 1993.
