<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V.
<br />Johnson. Members absent: None.

<br />A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />A-1 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of February 28, 1994 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, Goedeke,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />A presentation was made by Roseville Lutheran Church to update the Council
<br />on expansion plans and other activities.
<br />
<br />An Engineering Design Award for the John Rose Minnesota Oval from the
<br />Consulting Engineers Council of Minnesota was presented to the Council by
<br />Bonestroo and Associates.

<br />B. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent CONSENT
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-12 be approved. Roll AGENDA

<br />Liquor, Application for Off Sale Liquor Store License
<br />at 2215 West County Road D be established for the
<br />regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 11,
<br />1994. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, wiski, P. Johnson,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
