<br />C-1 Mastel made an announcement of the Central Park
<br />Foundation Ball to be held on Saturday, April 16,
<br />1994, at Midland Hills Country Club, Social Hour
<br />beginning at 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7:30 p.m. Tickets
<br />are available through the Parks and Recreation Depart-
<br />ment at a cost of $50 per person, $25 of which is tax
<br />deductible. Proceeds from the Ball will go toward
<br />redevelopment of the Special Population Area in
<br />Central Park.

<br />request for Planned Unit Development (PUD) Concept
<br />Development Plan approval, rezoning from I-1 to PUD

<br />to the regular City Council meeting of April 25, 1994.
