<br />F-1 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />9068, approving plans and specifications, and 9068
<br />authorizing the Advertisement for Bids for 1994
<br />Pavement Management Project Contracts A and B, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, wiski, P. Johnson,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />F-] Wiski moved, V. Johnson seconded, that Resolution 9069 RESOLUTION
<br />as amended, which allows issuance of a fifteen month 9069
<br />license for Pet Food Warehouse with specific condi-
<br />tions, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />and V. Johnson. Nays: Mastel and P. Johnson.

<br />wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that staff be directed
<br />to send a letter which sets out broad based informa-
<br />tion for additions to the Minnesota veterinarian Board
<br />regulations on veterinarian Examination and
<br />Inoculation Centers. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wiski,
<br />P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that staff be
<br />authorized to finalize agreements with each homeowner
<br />in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of I-
<br />35W/Highway 36 on behalf of the City. Roll Call,
