<br />Rengel's request for a 5 foot side yard setback minor
<br />variance at 1905 Dellwood Avenue be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Jack Lewis'
<br />request for a 5 foot minor variance at 71 Mid Oaks
<br />Lane, to bring the driveway into compliance, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />blanket minor variances be approved in accordance with
<br />the city's policy for driveway side yard setbacks in
<br />conjunction with street work being done in the
<br />community:

<br />variance at 764 Sherren street W.
<br />
<br />2. Muriel Suchy request for 3.5 foot variance at 824
<br />W. Sandhurst Drive.
<br />
<br />3. William Guidarelli request for 3 foot variance at
<br />781 W. Sherren Street.
<br />
<br />4. Marjorie Lankinen request for 5 foot variance at
