<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of June 13, 1994, be approved.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Item B-9,
<br />Public Hearing Date for Creation of a Hazardous
<br />Substance Subdistrict in the Twin Lakes Redevelopment
<br />Area, be added to the Consent Agenda. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-6 and B-8 through B-9, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel,

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that installation
<br />of exposed aggregate curb in 1994 PMP Neighborhood 53,
<br />Mid Oaks Lane and Mid Oaks Road, be approved, and
<br />staff be directed to include the extra cost of the
<br />exposed aggregate curb in the street assessments for
<br />this neighborhood. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Joseph Ziegler
<br />III request for a 14 foot minor variance at 1864 Ryan
<br />Avenue, to bring the driveway into compliance, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution
<br />9089, accepting the work and authorizing final payment
<br />for County Road B from Dale street to Rice street,
<br />City Project P-ST-SW-89-17, in the amount of
<br />$71,580.14 to Arnt Construction, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Roseville
<br />Community Band request for a temporary nonintoxicating
<br />beer license for the celebration at Central Park
<br />Lexington on July 4, 1994, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
