<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of August 22, 1994, be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-11 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that a proclama-
<br />tion proclaiming September 17 - 23, 1994, as
<br />CONSTITUTION WEEK be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Timothy
<br />Johnson's request for a five foot front yard setback
<br />variance at 400 N. McCarrons Boulevard, to update and
<br />add to his existing house as well as attach a double
<br />car garage to the building, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Mark and
<br />Jennifer Schmaedeke's request for a 2-1/2 foot side
<br />yard setback variance at 1915 Shryer Avenue, to
<br />provide off street parking for a second vehicle, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the following
<br />blanket minor variances for driveway side yard
<br />setbacks in conjunction with street work being done in
<br />the community be approved:

<br />1. David Monahan request for 5 foot variance at 2245
<br />Laurie Road.
<br />
<br />2. James Woehrle request for 2 foot variance at 2210
<br />st. Croix Street.
<br />
