<br />A-I P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of September 12, 1994 be approved.

<br />request for a 1 foot, 8 inch side yard setback
<br />variance at 2447 chatsworth, to resurface their drive-
<br />way and keep it in the same location, be approved.
