<br />9122, adopting and confirming assessments for Improve- 9122

<br />9123, adopting and confirming assessments for Improve- 9123
<br />ment UL-93-09, street Light--Nancy Place, be adopted.

<br />F-2 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION
<br />9125, installation of a new street light at the 9125
<br />southern end of Heinel Drive as outlined in the
<br />Feasibility Report, be approved and an assessment
<br />hearing be held in September, 1995, for City Project
<br />UL-94-14. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />H. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />H-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1154, ORDINANCE
<br />amending Chapter 166 of the City Code of the city of 1154
<br />Roseville, adopting a Uniform Curfew Ordinance, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
