<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of
<br />the regular meeting of October 24, 1994, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-8 be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Colleen
<br />Wirrer's request for a four foot side yard setback
<br />variance at 1223 Rose Place, to enclose an 8 x 14 foot
<br />portion of her deck and possibly remove the remaining
<br />portion of the deck, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Dale
<br />Dockendorf's request for a 10 foot rear yard setback
<br />variance at 1960 Dale street, because an additional 10
<br />feet of right-of-way is required by the county, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P.
<br />Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />9129, authorizing the Mayor and city Manager to apply
<br />for conveyance of tax forfeited land for street right-
<br />of-way purposes, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the contract
<br />with Waste Management for waste removal from city
<br />facilities be extended for the period January 1, 1995
<br />through December 31, 1995 at the current cost of
<br />$1,364.52 per month. The cost for pickup of waste
<br />over the contract amount shall be $4.64 per cubic
<br />yard. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson,
<br />Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
