<br />9156, street reconstruction of Fry street, Skillman
<br />Avenue to County Road B; Midlothian Road, Skillman
<br />Avenue to County Road B; Aldine street, Ryan Avenue to
<br />Skillman Avenue; Herschel street, Ryan Avenue to
<br />Shryer Avenue; Wheeler Street, Ryan Avenue to Shryer
<br />Avenue; Beacon street, Ryan Avenue to Shryer Avenue;
<br />Ryan Avenue, Fairview Avenue to Aldine street; Shryer
<br />Avenue, Fairview Avenue to Aldine Street; Eldridge
<br />Avenue, Midlothian Road to end of cul-de-sac, City
<br />Project P-95-02, Neighborhood 51, be adopted, and that
<br />all streets be constructed as recommended in the
<br />Feasibility Report. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P.
<br />Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />street reconstruction, Skillman Avenue, Cleveland
<br />Avenue to end of cul-de-sac; Rosewood Lane North,
<br />Midland Hills Road to Rosewood Lane South; Rosewood
<br />Lane South, Midland Hills Road to Cleveland Avenue;
<br />Draper Avenue, Midland Hills Road to 290 feet east of
<br />Rosedale Drive; Rosedale Drive, Roselawn Avenue to
<br />Draper Avenue; Midland Hills Road, Roselawn Avenue to
<br />Rosewood Lane North; Lake street, Roselawn Avenue to a
<br />point 650 feet north; City Project P-95-02, Neighbor-
<br />hood 46, be adopted and that all streets be
<br />constructed as recommended in the Feasibility Report
<br />with the following exceptions:
<br />
<br />1. That Midland Hills Road from Roselawn Avenue to
<br />Rosewood Lane North be constructed to a width of
<br />28 feet.
<br />
<br />2. That Rosewood Lane North from midland Hills Road
<br />to Rosewood Lane South be constructed to a width
<br />of 28 feet.
<br />
<br />3. That Skillman Avenue from Cleveland Avenue to end
<br />of cul-de-sac shall be constructed with D-style
<br />curb and constructed to a width of 28 feet.
<br />
<br />4. That a final cul-de-sac design for Skillman Avenue
<br />be approved by the Council prior to construction.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Wiski seconded, that a resolution ACORN ROAD
<br />for street reconstruction, Acorn Road, County Road B
<br />to T.H. 36 Service Drive, city Project P-95-02,
<br />Neighborhood 44, and storm sewer construction, Acorn
<br />Road, County Road B to T.H. 36 Service Drive area,
<br />city Project P-95-04, Neighborhood 44, be adopted and
<br />that the street be constructed as recommended in the
<br />Feasibility Report with the following exception:
