EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 26th day of August, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8708 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RECYCLING CONTRACTOR LICENSE FEE WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1098, which establishes regulations for curb- side recycling requires recycling contractors to obtain a license issued by the City; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1098 provides for the City Council to establish the license fee by resolution; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city of Roseville recycling contractor license fee shall be $125.00 per year. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Thomas, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, Thomas, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
