<br />A-I Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of MINUTES
<br />the regular meeting of April 10, 1995, be approved.

<br />Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, be adopted and sent to the
<br />Mayor of Oklahoma city. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P.

<br />blanket minor variance for driveway side yard setbacks VARIANCE
<br />in conjunction with street work being done in the
<br />community be approved:

<br />request for a 17 foot driveway setback variance at
<br />1707 Shryer Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Stephen Standish's
<br />request for a 7 foot front yard setback variance at
<br />645 Transit Avenue, to replace the front entry stoop
<br />with a 5 x 18 foot covered porch more in keeping with
<br />the surrounding neighborhood homes, be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.
