<br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS
<br />Mary Bakeman, 1178 W. County Road B, gave a report on
<br />the successful cleanup of Lexington Park on April 22,
<br />1995.
<br />
<br />council Members P. Johnson and Mastel, at the request
<br />of Roseville Lutheran Church, presented the Mayor with
<br />a shovel full of dirt in a bag from Roseville Lutheran
<br />Church as a symbol of the city working together with
<br />the Church, from a ground breaking ceremony they
<br />attended on behalf of the city on Sunday, April 23.

<br />HEARINGS
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that John Allen's
<br />request for a Planned Unit Development for an office
<br />warehouse for the property located in the southwest
<br />quadrant of County Road C-2 and Highway 88 be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, May 22, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P.
<br />Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the public
<br />hearing for the creation of Tax Increment District 16
<br />and a Tax Increment Financing Plan related thereto be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, June 12, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P.
<br />Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that creation of
<br />Tax Increment Financing District 15 and the proposed
<br />Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto be
<br />denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />9174, vacating the easement at 2241 Ferris Lane with
<br />a cash payment to the City of $7,500 to pay for future
<br />repair costs, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P.
<br />Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that Daniel Neujahr's
<br />request for a special moving permit to relocate a
<br />house at 3125 Rice Street subject to no commercial or
<br />industrial uses being placed on the R-1 site, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
