<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the city Council - May 8, 1995. 5:32 P.M. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL <br />members present: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. <br />Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />A. <br />A-I <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes <br />of the regular meeting of April 24, 1995, be approved <br />as corrected, by deleting the following from G-5 on <br />Page 5, "subject to no commercial or industrial uses <br />being placed on the R-l site" which would then read: <br />Goedeke moved, wiski seconded, that Daniel Neujahr's <br />request for a special moving permit to relocate a <br />house at 3125 Rice street be approved; and deleting <br />the following from G-6 on Page 6 "with the stipulation <br />that the construction and building permit on Lot 13 <br />not require variances" which would then read: P. <br />Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Clifford Lund's <br />request for division of platted lot at 2852 Lakeview <br />Drive be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that the Consent <br />Agenda, Items B-1 through B-4 and B-8 and B-9 be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Goedeke, <br />Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that Barry Bolding's <br />request for a three foot side yard driveway setback <br />variance at 1697 N. Chatsworth street, to extend the <br />existing driveway to the rear yard and add a new two <br />car garage, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. <br />Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, wiski seconded, that the following <br />blanket minor variance requests be approved in <br />accordance with the City's policy for driveway side <br />yard setbacks in conjunction with street work being <br />done in the community: <br /> <br />1. Agnes Gibson request for a three foot variance at <br />2143 Midlothian Road. <br /> <br />2. Donald Michels request for a four foot variance at <br />2787 Dellwood Avenue. <br /> <br />3. Londale and Dona Musolf request for a five foot <br />variance at 2105 Midlothian Road. <br /> <br />4.
