<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />May 22, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P.
<br />Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items B-1, B-2,
<br />and B-5 through B-9, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ilene Ferris' request for an 18 foot side
<br />yard setback variance for a garage and a 16 foot side yard setback variance for
<br />the driveway at 2718 Dellwood Street, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, Wi ski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the following blanket minor variance for
<br />a driveway side yard setback in conjunction with street work being done in the
<br />community be approved:

<br />Jack Miller request for a 5 foot variance at 2333 Roselawn
<br />Avenue.
